Business
In the Business Academies, students will learn what it takes to manage and scale a business, get personal experience building a company from the ground up, and explore the challenge of transforming ideation into the solutions of tomorrow.
Pre-Med
In the Pre-Med Academies, students will learn clinical skills from guest speakers and Harvard Medical School students, develop a deep understanding of what it is like to study medicine, and explore medical specialties from cardiology to immunotherapy.
Finance
In the Finance Academies, students will learn from distinguished guest speakers at top banks, develop a deep understanding of what it is like to be in finance, and explore the inner workings of the United States financial system.
Government
In the Government Academies, students will engage with renowned speakers and faculty from Harvard Kennedy School, explore today's global issues and challenges, and gain a broader perspective of law and politics.
The On-Campus Summer Academies are academic enrichment programs for high school students, held on Harvard's campus, covering the fields of Business, Finance, Pre-Med, Government, and Coding. Each course contains forty hours of programming, featuring engaging lectures, keynote speeches from professionals in the field, field trips, and an interactive final project presentation. The Academies are uniquely positioned to foster connections between you and Harvard undergraduate mentors.
These are week-long programs that run between June and August from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday in Harvard classrooms.

FAQs
What is the Refund Policy?
If a student enrolls in an Academy and then wishes a refund, the following policy is in order for summer 2025:
- Before April 1st: Full Refund
- Before April 22nd: 50% Refund
- After May 13th: No Refund
- Our team reserves the right to waive these deadlines and offer full refunds for international students unable to attain required documentation to attend the program. If you believe this applies to you, please contact us at academies@hsa.net.
What are the program dates?
We’re running programs for eight weeks this summer — consecutively beginning June 1 through the week of August 10th. Please reference the table above for details.
Where will programs take place?
Our programs take place on Harvard’s campus, primarily in Harvard classrooms. You will receive details of the classroom location(s) after you enroll.
Is housing included in tuition?
Housing is not included in tuition. We encourage students to seek their own lodging in and around Harvard Square.

What does a typical week include?
A typical week includes classroom content, interactive activities, field trips to Harvard graduate schools, tours of Harvard’s campus, guest lectures from Harvard faculty and industry professionals, lunch from local restaurants, networking opportunities with Harvard undergraduates, and a final presentation.
What is the class size?
Our programs typically contain 25-30 students. We cap enrollment at 35 students per class. The Academies offers a 10:1 student-to-instructor ratio — all programs are staffed with three members from our instructional team.
